Knives wear out, get broken, get lost. When this happens you'll need to just go without or go purchase a new knife. $$yikes! 

You're having your knives pro sharpened, so let us provide the knives too. A set of great knives that meet my very high standard as well as your kitchens individual needs. Your cooks will love them!

Don't Worry, If you have your favorite knife that you still want sharpened we will do this as always. We will provide your 'house knives"for everyone to use. You can keep your baby all to yourself.

After each blade has been sharpened freehand, one at a time at my shop. The knives we provide have been cleansed and sanitized in an industrial dishwasher prior to delivery. You get the same high quality knives delivered, razor sharp every time. Guaranteed
